Buying a new build was way more overwhelming than we expected, but having Paul Kaplan in our corner made all the difference. Honestly, we were clueless about everything from picking the right lot to understanding all the jargon in the builder's contract. Paul was like our personal guide through the whole crazy process. He explained everything clearly and was always there to answer our endless questions – seriously, we must have texted him a million times!What really impressed us about Paul was that he wasn't just trying to close a deal. He actually listened to what we wanted in a home and helped us find the perfect fit. He even pointed out things we wouldn't have thought of, like the way the afternoon sun would hit the backyard (we're glad he did, because now our patio is perfect for BBQs!).Paul's patience was incredible, especially when we were getting stressed out about deadlines and decisions. Paul is an exemplary real estate professional that truly advocates for his clients. He has a wealth of knowledge of the local market, and is very generous in sharing his knowledge so we can make an informed decision. I was nervous throughout the process of purchasing my investment property given that I live in another state but he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. This is includes frequently going on-site to send me photos of construction updates, working directly with the home-sellers to make sure I maximize the value of my purchase, and, most importantly, always making himself available and keeping the line of communication open. Paul constantly gauged my comfort level and helped me navigate through the home buying experience more smoothly than I could have ever imagined. There is truly no amount of words to describe just how grateful I am for everything that Paul has done for me and my family.
