Originally from Grand Rapids Michigan, Gene Proctor is an Air Force Veteran and former boxer. Gene has a diverse professional background with the Department of Agriculture, Federal Express, and Intel.

Gene entered the real estate business in 1998, beginning his career with Coldwell Banker Premier Realty. Gene also did commercial leasing with Virtus Commercial.

Gene has established himself in tenant representation, working with restaurant owners, construction companies, governments, and many other business owners. A strong negotiator, Gene understands that many tenants are unrepresented and may not be achieving the best deal. Gene has negotiated with many of the largest landlord representatives in the industry. Gene takes great pride in being an agent and looks forward to helping build the Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier.
