My name is Luke Wharton, and I am part of the Coldwell Banker Premier Realty team here in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada. For the past 18 years, I have worked with a variety of families, business owners, doctors, attorneys, and athletes.

Luke was amazing to work with. His expertise of the local area lead to him showing me a builder and us finding an affordable home that we absolutely love. Lukas did an excellent job in helping me find a home remotely. He was quick to answer my questions and an expert in navigating all the required online forms. He has gone over and above his job description by locating local repair people to take care of needed work before my arrival and after the purchase was complete. I so appreciated his kindness in helping me get the plumbing repairs done and a roofing repair estimate and having someone clean the house before my arrival. I highly recommend him.

Luke was very responsive and in tune with what I needed. I started out on the lower end of price range and never felt pressure to look higher. We looked a multiple properties and then I could really tell I wanted more. His refined searches were helpful in finding the house I purchased. He had great knowledge of the area and could point out. This let me helped me narrow down my house of choice. The house was in great shape, we got an appraisal and a great deal on it. I was doing all this from afar and he made the process incredibly smooth. I would HIGHLY recommend him
