I recently sold my home and Nancy Wong was my real estate agent that represented me on the transaction. Before listing my home, Nancy came out to meet with me, discuss the market and my neighborhood. She made the time to listen and answer all my questions, concerns and fears selling (especially during the pandemic). Nancy is the absolute consummate professional and always kept me apprised of the entire process. From listing to closing, she was there to manage my expectations through early morning and late-night emails, texts, and calls. Because she was so thorough, the transaction closed a week early. Nancy is well connected in the industry and brought in her outside resources to assist me with the move.
If you plan to buy or sell, I suggest that you at least meet with Nancy, once you do, you will understand why she is the best! She was my first and only choice.

Nancy was the best. She worked with us on the dates we were available from SLC. She kept us on task, seeing as many homes possible in our timeframe. She was extremely helpful in getting contractors, inspectors and information on repairs and negotiating for concessions following inspection results on the home we purchased. She was welcoming, friendly and professional. By far the best agent we have ever worked with and I would recommend her to everyone I know.

I established contact with Nancy Wong through a glowing recommendation from a colleague. I explained that we were facing a transaction where all of the parties were in 3 different states. After going above and beyond in her assessment of the property and real-estate climate, another party was added to the mix bring the state count to 4. Nancy was extremely thorough and was able to walk us through the process step-by-step. Working though the time-zone differences and the seller's technological limitations, the property sold. We are so grateful to Nancy for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.

As first time homebuyers who didn't even know what a pre-approval letter was when we began our search, Nancy walked us through every step of the process patiently and efficiently and with the highest degree of integrity (which is extremely important to us).
Her knowledge of the local market is unparalleled and she was more than willing to show us homes all over town anytime that fit our schedule the best. She made us a priority and picked up the phone anytime we needed to talk or had any questions.
We hit a wall in our negotiation that required A LOT of paperwork changes, attention to detail and more back and forth with the selling party than I thought was even possible. Nancy was working on our case long after I turned in most nights and was the first person to reach out to me with an update early in the morning. She is completely on top of her game and truly gave us the best buying experience possible.
I cannot begin to describe how above and beyond Nancy went to make sure we were completely satisfied with our new home, and honestly we could not be happier that we had her as our Real Estate Professional during our first ever home purchase (during a pandemic nonetheless)! Nancy is the best. I am a first time homebuyer and I moved crosscountry. Buying a house in the midst of the pandemic could have been one of the most stressful experiences, but Nancy made everything a lot easier and run smoother. She is very knowledgeable about the area.

We met Nancy Wong on a Friday
morning.
By Friday night she had our home posted for sale.
Saturday morning she had 3 showings scheduled.
She sold our home on the second showing for a cash sale.

I am giving Nancy Wong a solid 5+ star rating for her professionalism, work ethic, thoroughness, integrity and warm personality. She managed the whole process from finding the perfect place to making sure the seller left behind every last item we had negotiated. Her true value is how proactive and involved she was in every aspect of the transaction. She had to manage my lender who originally told me he could finance the unit with a VA loan. Nancy did extensive research and told the lender she didn't think it was possible. She helped me negotiate a refund of the appraisal if the loan didn't go through. Well, as she suspected, the loan didn't work out, and she had to work over the Christmas holiday with the lender to get the transaction back on track. Additionally, she had to oversee both the listing agent who was rather poor at getting the paperwork done as well as the escrow officer who didn't always do her job either. I was very pleased when Nancy negotiated for the seller to leave behind all the furnishings to minimize my move in cost. Looking back it was a "hairy" transaction with many pitfalls, but Nancy kept the transaction moving forward, handling every detail. I am grateful for her help and would highly recommend her.

Nancy Wong knows how to handle the business of buying and selling real estate in Las Vegas. She is the consummate professional and on top of her game.
She is professional and she is a people person and skilled negotiator whether you are buying or selling. She helped me, an attoney, immensely and I felt as though I was blessed to have the best advocate for my interests as she displayed superb negotiating skills while keeping me and my family at ease and feeling secure during a very difficult time transitioning from one state to another. Through the backing of a powerhouse realty company in Coldwell Banker Premium Realty and the powerhouse skills of Nancy Wong, my husband and I emerged as having the winning offer in a multi bidding situation for a custom home in Las Vegas! After having won the bidding war, through Nancy, we were even able to strengthen our position to a successful closing. Everyone came out of it on the winning side! I've been in other real estate deals before and so when I say everyone came out of it on the winning side it was one of those things that you know can happen, but you don't think it can ever happen to you. In short,we got what we wanted and needed for our family. So that is the experience I had with Nancy Wong and Coldwell Banker. A great one.

Nancy is best agent I ever had. She is so patient, so kind with higher professional standard. She pays a lot attention on every detail. Every step was documented and noticed us as buyer quickly and clearly. She makes sure we fully understood all the details, she makes sure we are really happy with what we are going to get. In order for us to get fair price on the house, she compared multiple houses again and again, square feet by square feet, condition by condition. So the offer she helps us made is fair and reasonable. Seller also accept without too much troubles. Therefore, we closed the house in 30 days. This tells she really knows the Las Vegas well, she really knows the market well. If we have other real estates work to do, we will hire her without any hesitate. She definitely is five stars agent. I will recommend her to anyone who asks me without question.

Based on your knowledge of the area and local government offices, she proactively support our due diligence efforts, to include resolution of an easement issue, prior to closing. Nancy even went out of her way to help us find the perfect architect for our project. Bottom line - she is great!

As a first time home buyer, Nancy made the entire process very easy and smooth. She stayed on top of every aspect of the process. She kept us up to date on appointments and paperwork submission time-lines. Nancy was always there for our calls, no matter the time. I know how valuable Nancy's time is and how busy she is, but even though I was a little late for one appointed she greeted me with a smile and was still her very pleasant, happy self. As first time home buyers, we were nervous coming into the market that was a "sellers market" and looking in a very popular area to buy. The first time we met with Nancy, she listened to our needs, explained everything honestly and put us at ease for what the process was going to look like. Nancy immediately took us out the following day and had set up several houses for us to look at that we had told her were our top choices. After immediately falling in love with one, that night we'd asked Nancy what is the best way to get this house before the weekend came up and it generated more interest. She was honest in what she told us, reachable at all hours and quick to respond in every way. Her quick work to get in an offer the following day early was what truly got us the house of our dreams. Through escrow, she was in contact to answer questions, send documents to be signed, and gave off great energy every time we talked and met. As first time home buyers it was great to have someone who we trusted to be honest with documents, prices, and making sure we understood everything. Nancy advocated for us on several occasions and worked so hard to get us everything we needed. We without a doubt would recommend her. She was aggressive in this market yet personable and got everything done for us.

Five stars is not a sufficient rating for the extraordinary level of service Nancy Wong provided me during my search. I was faced with a challenge and Nancy was with me through the process until she found me the perfect home. The process was faster than I could have expected because of her overwhelming knowledge of Las Vegas and the neighborhoods in Summerlin. The level of service, polish, proactiveness and professional prowess that Nancy Wong brings to her role as a realtor is unparallel. Although I have dealt with many service providers, in various forms, her accessible style, attentiveness and technical competency is virtually incomparable. Not only did she get us the house we were looking for (that went above expectations) but she was fiercely protective and watchful over the entire process to ensure that we were well looked after, educated on every step of the process and much taken care of. I cannot recommend Nancy enough given the level of integrity, care and conscientiousness she brought to her role at Coldwell. She is a gem!

The process is different in Nevada than it was in New York where we were coming from.
