We really appreciate everything Rick has done for us over the years! He helped us sell our previous house and has been a tremendous asset in finding new properties, both our current primary residence and investments. Whenever we have needed him, he has always made himself available to either talk on the phone or meet in person to discuss our real estate needs. He knows Las Vegas very well too, particularly the Anthem and Inspirada areas where we currently live. He has even helped our friends buy and sell homes here through our personal referrals, as we would not recommend anyone else. He is very easy to work with and flexible as well, which makes the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. His connections have also proven to be invaluable from home loans to repairs, so we will continue to highly recommend him as the best real estate agent in Nevada!

Rick was wonderful to work with. He really goes above and beyond to market and sell your home. We were in a time crunch to sell and Rick was able to meet our timeline without sacrificing on price. He advertised our home through many different avenues in order to get the most exposure. Rick treats his clients like family and would always check in with us to see if we needed anything throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Rick for any of your realty needs.

Rick is very heads up. Never waited more than 30 minutes to get answers or any thing else. Went the extra mile and took care of items the buyer wanted done. Knew the market and selling points on the home. An over all excellent job. This was my 7th real estate transaction and by far the best.
