I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience I’ve had with Greg Clemens and his team.From beginning to end they went above and beyond my expectations. At our first meeting Greg, Devanee Kessler and I sat down and discussed what I wanted. Let me say I had a lot going on. Not only did we have to sell the house, but we also had to plan time for me to get things packed up to move out of state. Greg and his team worked around my schedule, including my dogs, which can be a lot for anyone. They kept in contact with me, keeping me apprised of all the showings and any questions that potential buyers had that I hadn’t answered.If you need someone that will treat you like family, yet be professional and do the very best, then this is the team for you. Selling a home can be a complicated task. Sometimes very complicated. But if you find the right agent, selling your home cannot only be uncomplicated, it can be a truly valuable experience. Greg Clemens and his amazing team of professionals will provide you with top-notch service. This was my first experience with selling a house, and I was so fortunate to work with Greg. He and his team outlined all the details for me. Step by step Greg made sure I knew how the process would go. The team was always there to answer any questions, and they explained everything clearly. My home appraised for the amount that Greg had suggested. My home was under contract just a few days after it listed, and we closed with the buyer in the allotted time. I received the list price. You will not find a better, more professional real estate team in the Las Vegas area than Greg Clemens and his team.
