Randy is a Real Estate Broker-Salesman with Coldwell Banker. In 2014, he transitioned from managing as Corporate Broker of a boutique firm, leading dozens of sales agents, with hundreds of properties under management, to selling full time. He is a member of the Greater Las Vegas, Nevada, and National Association of Realtors. He is a USAA Real Estate Rewards Agent (I have been specially trained to service military families...ask about military benefits),Certified ShortSale Professional (CSP), has completed the UNLV Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies Commercial Certification and is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES). Prior to residential sales, Randy specialized in land brokerage, investment, and development.
Randy is a 1999 graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. At UNLV, Randy earned the Board of Regents Outstanding Student Award, was President of Psi Chi- the National Honor Society for Psychology, Beta Theta Pi Fraternity Scholarship Chair, UNLV Rugby Captain 1995-1996, Western Psychological Association Outstanding Researcher, and two term Student Senator.
Randy currently serves with Hope For Prisoners (Hopeforprisoners.org) and Children’s Ministries at The Crossing Church. He previously served on the Board of Directors for Family Promise of Las Vegas (www.FamilyPromiseLV.com).
