Nanette Verdin is an amazing realtor! She went above and beyond for our family both times we used her. Nanette helped us purchase our Vegas property during COVID while we were out of state. She stayed in touch the entire time we owned the property and provided information of different things going on around town that our little family might be interested in. When it was time to move again we did not hesitate to reach out to her to represent us in the sale of our home. Nanette came over and guided us through the whole process. She advised us on the best strategy to get our home sold in the time frame we needed and she even helped us get set up in the military rewards program to save us money along the way. Nanette treated us and our children like her own family and we could not have asked for a better realtor. We HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home in Las Vegas.
