After being assigned to Las Vegas with the military, we went through USAA's home buying program to find a house in North Las Vegas. They "assigned" us Tina as a recommended real estate agent. As many reviewers have stated, we found her to be truly genuine, caring and patient, as well as VERY knowledgeable in her profession. We could not have been happier with Tina in buying that house!
After using Tina to buy our house, we asked USAA for her BY NAME when it came time to sell that house. Again, we could not have been happier with the resulting sale of our home in very short order!
Tina is probably the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. While I have not purchased and sold a lot of houses, I have moved A LOT over a 21 year career, and dealt with real estate agents or property managers every few years. Tina is, bar none, the best real estate professional we have ever used. I cannot recommend her highly enough

We had a great experience working with Tina. She was very knowledgeable regarding the different areas of town and what would work best for us. We appreciated the fact that she was honest with us and willing to give us the pros and cons of homes we were considering. I met Tina in a professional capacity over 8 years ago when my husband and I started investing and purchashing in Las Vegas. She came highly reccommend by word of mouth and did not disappoint. She and her associates are very knowledgable about the local and surrounding real estate market and trends, but more importantly LISTEN and first and foremost want to make sure any purchase or sale meets their client needs. As a client, I had numerous questions and i was highly impressed with her responsiveness and patience in educating us as both buyers and sellers. Tina was very helpful! When my husband and I moved to Las Vegas she gave us many options and showings to look at. We were buying our first home and she made the experience very easy. She knew the perfect locations for our price range. During our walk-through of our home she and her husband Rich were there every step of the way in helping us to see if there were any issues. That being our first home, we were not sure what to look for. Having them there and their expert advice made it anything but stressful. When we decided to sale our home we went back to Tina and she was just as great!!!

Tina Mello is Excellent!! She stuck with me even though I was a tough client. She is the best. Was able to talk to me and give me advice like a mother figure and not like someone just trying to push a sell. Tina and her husband are very knowledgeable and know the ends and out of the Vegas area. If you want a great start to the Vegas area. Trust the Mello 's will make that happen.

Tina was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the local area, and the ins-and-outs of the housing market. She had a good feel for what I was looking for, and found an amazing house for me. My work schedule made it hard for me to do most things during normal business hours, but Tina was accommodating to my needs and worked around my schedule. Even after I closed on the house, she was willing to go the extra mile to help me find the services I needed to get the house set up

What can I say? Tina is awesome! She and Rich found us our Summerlin house in 2011 and also sold when we needed to relocate this year. Ive experienced her professional demeanor and astounding ability as an agent from both a buying and selling standpoint. She is both kind and extremely knowledgeable about the Las Vegas area market and will work hard to get you what you want.
Both of our moves were done bi-coastally and she treated us like royalty. Promptly answered questions via email or phone, every question (no matter how trivial or complicated) answered, and so many connections to services such as landscaping, cleaning, renovating etc. We could not have asked for more!
She also is VERY knowledgable about VA loans and all the perks of being military client!! Do not hesitate to contact her for any of your real estate needs. Top notch

Tina is great. She knows the market and the area well. She can work with any budget and makes you feel like you are her only client. We spent every weekend with her for 3 months until we found the right home. She also sold out home for us when we decided it was time to move in less than one week! -not enough words to express our gratitude for all that Rich & Tina did for us when we moved here from Texas. Took the time to really understand what kind of property we were looking for. Worked hard to show us what was available in our initial budget range but also identified other properties that met our requirements so we could see the difference in value at various budget levels.

We bought the property from Tina and we were very happy with the results as a buyer. When it was time to sell after years, we had challenges because we had moved out of state. Tina helped arranged people get the property ready for market and the end results was FOR SALE went to SOLD!
It's stressful enough in this market to find someone who has your best interest at hart. My wife and I are very happy with Tina and her team.

Tina has been our realtor twice in Las Vegas, once purchasing our home and then again in selling our home. When the time came to sell she was our only choice. She is a consummate professional that handled all aspects of our representation without a fault. From pricing, to marketing, to selling, to closing, we couldn't have asked for better. Tina was certainly the best agent my husband and I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She went above and beyond to sell our house. Tina's professionalism convinced my husband and I that she was watching out for our best interests and made the entire experience of selling our home a lot less stressful. She gave us the best advice from putting the house on the market to accepting just the right offer.
We moved out of our home after we placed it on the market and moved out-of-state. Tina called me and suggested having an open house but I wasn't too sure that it would do any good (I really thought it was a waste of time to have random people looking through our house). She then took it upon herself to stage an open house on her own, and guess what? She sold it that day! I would recommend her to anyone
who's looking for an agent. In a world where quality service seems so difficult to find, Tina is indeed an amazing worker!

Tina was the right realtor for us and likely the right realtor for you too. We were out of state trying to short sale our home and did not really know where to begin. The lender gave us a list of realtors and we called several of them, Tina being one. I was very skeptical and wondered why the lender would have a list of realtors handy…I honestly thought they might have been in cahoots. Anyway, after several calls back, I spoke to Tina. For some reason we just hit it off. She seemed genuine and sincere. She also told me that she had a legal team that she worked closely with. This was very appealing to us because or real estate and legal needs were at the forefront of our concerns. Fast forward…a few issues came up along the way and Tina was able to assist with all of them. She went way above and beyond to ensure all issues were handled with our best interests in mind. I cannot say enough positive things about Tina. She helped us get through one of the most stressful times of our lives practically unscathed with very little required from us.
