Ginger Campbell is amazing! This was our first time selling a home through a relocation service. During our first meeting with Ginger, she put us at ease with her warm personality and expertise of the Vegas market. Ginger went above and beyond with her marketing materials. Our house was on the market for less than two weeks and closed less than three weeks after accepting the offer. Which by the way, the house sold for exactly the price she told us the house would sell for!!! There were a lot of hurdles to cross to close so quickly but Ginger was the perfect person to orchestrate all of the details between the relocation service, the buyer and us (the seller). Ginger is amazing and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Ginger contacted us before our first official meeting to understand our needs and wishes for our home sale so that she could tailor her approach to us. This stood out immediately from the other realtors we talked with who made us feel like just another sale. My wife was relocated for work while I traveled for work which made it very difficult for us to have flexibility during the process for meetings, appointments, requests for the house, etc. Ginger was able to work around our limitations by keeping us several steps ahead of every part of the process so that we could avoid surprises like moved appointments or missing paperwork. I’m one week into being a First time Homeowner & I couldn’t be happier. Can I just brag a little? Ginger is the cream of the crop! Total package with an infectious personality. Ginger felt like family every step of the way, she genuinely had our back and protected us from things we wouldn’t have known without her expertise. Ginger is a gem & anyone would be lucky to have her as their Realtor. Ginger knew the houses inside out not just the basics. We were referred to Ginger about five years ago by some good friends. We downsized from a large home in Eagle Hills, and interview all the "major" brokers. Ginger said she could sell our house for $200K more than the rest of them recommended and she did it in four days! Seriously! Great brochure, broker open house, etc. Very professional and very easy to work with. Lots of attention to detail - and follow through. Since then, she has bought another home for us, bought a home and sold one for our son; sold a home for our daughter; ditto for our niece and her uncle; ditto for two of my employees, plus several friends.
None of this would have happened without her superb competence.

Ginger is so great to work with. She helped us navigate the Las Vegas area when we moved there in 2017 and twice as helpful when we needed to sell for our move in 2019.
She spent the time to take us around the city and show us different areas and the pluses for each of them. She understood our asks for the home we wanted and found the right house for us. We had been working with Ginger for close to 3 years looking for the right home. We started while we were living in New York State, coming back and forth and Ginger was always there for us.
Once we had finally sold our house back east, we had a couple of false starts with houses that turned out to be less than what they appeared to be, but Ginger never gave up on us.
Ginger has become like family to us with her patience, grace and kindness. Thanks to her we have our little retirement oasis here in Nevada!

If only Ginger lived here in Florida, I could use her for every real estate transaction we have. We were selling a property 2,000 miles away and she made it the smoothest transaction we've ever had. The property was not expensive but Ginger worked like she was listing a $1M home. Her knowledge, expertise, and contacts within the industry helped us maximize the profit we had on the sale. REALTOR® Coldwell Banker to handle the sale of our home. Ginger listed this home on Nov.3, 2019 and approximately 3 months later the house was sold, and the closing was completed. I live in New York, Ginger assured me that everything could be handled without my being present and it was down to the last detail. Ginger went above and beyond as she handled a water leak in the outside sprinkler system as well as an issue with the pool heater and home furnace. Living out of state and not having anyone to depend on to insure the house was being looked after, Ginger had it all under control. I would highly recommend Ginger and would certainly work with her again.

Ginger helped us buy our first home in 2010, sell it in 2015, buy a new home in 2015, and sell it in 2018. At every step along the way during the process for both houses, she kept us well informed. When we needed it, she offered advice based on her expertise and experience. For example, when we weren't sure what to list our house at, she offered suggestions based on comps and the current market; both our houses sold for list price. This tells us that she knows what she is doing and that she will always steer us in the right direction.
What has especially impressed us about Ginger is her tenacity and steadfastness, particularly when it comes to her readiness to fight for what's in the best interest of her clients. Even though we weren't in the market for million-dollar homes, Ginger has always treated us as though we were here most important clients. She is always available via text, email, or phone call. She is a straight-shooter and gets to the point, which I always appreciate. When there may have been potential problems or issues with houses we liked, she was clear in explaining to us what we might be walking into. She helped us avoid falling into some major traps that can cause problems for a lot of first-time homebuyers.
We've referred Ginger to our friends in the area because we know that she will treat them like first-class, luxury clients regardless of their budget or zip code. We have always been impressed with Ginger and her professionalism, expertise, and work ethic. I doubt there's anyone else in the greater Las Vegas area who works harder than she does.

Ginger helped me after having some bad experience with another agent. I am can be very difficult but Ginger masterful understood and gave me a 100% beyond excellent service helping me purchase my first home. I can confidently say back in 2009/2010 when the market for buying a home most if not all agent took a commission lost Ginger never took adventage of me. She got me closing cost, and a great buying price. Now 8yrs later I am still living in that home with over 100K value today.

Not only was she always available to answer every question and concern we had, but she also made sure to include us in every step so that we knew what was going on at all times. Her patience with our questions is something you only get from a true professional.

Ginger Campbell is amazing. Ginger met my in-laws, who are in their 80's, to list their condo. Ginger presented their condo in a way that made it very appealing.
