We couldn't be more pleased with our Realtor, Robin Riedel. We had not previously met Robin before we were referred to her for a buying agent. She was patient while keeping us informed of the market and showing us properties for two years while we worked to sell our home in a rural area out-of-state. Robin is very knowledgeable and it is clear that she stays up to date with the ever-changing market and rules/regulations of real estate laws. It was evident to us during a transaction that Robin was willing and capable to protect us and our interest at all cost. While being kind and professional, Robin has always communicated clearly to us, has not shied away from difficult conversations, and understands that real estate transactions generally are considered a major life event. Robin Riedel recently represented us in the purchase of a home in North Las Vegas. We are an elderly couple with limited knowledge of the southern Nevada real estate market in these turbulent and difficult times. At the outset, we were living in Florida and forwarded Robin a long list of preferences and budget limitations. Upon our arrival in Las Vegas for our first househunting trip, we found Robin to be a good listener who came prepared with several options meeting our parameters. She was always available and conscious of our time limits. Despite limited inventory Robin persisted in finding good potential homes for us. Once we found an acceptable listing she effectively and aggressively represented our offer and counter offers arriving at a timely and satisfactory agreement. Following the initial agreement, she assisted us in dealing with all of the details necessary for closing. Throughout the process, she was persistent and professional ensuring our satisfaction with the deal we had made. For these reasons, we would heartily recommend Robin and Coldwell Banker to anyone needing assistance to purchase a home in the Las Vegas area.

Robin was definitely the right agent for my transaction. I had interviewed several agents and asked them to bring me an off-market deal and Robin was the only agent to accomplish this task. Robin was able to find me a buyer who had paid above list price when the market was shifting against me. I highly recommend Robin for any residential transaction
