From advice on getting ready to sell, all the way until closing, Mark Rink helped cover every base. Expert advice and the resources to tackle anything that popped up.
On day one Mark Rink walked me through the process and explained in great detail what a buyer is looking for, and what I needed to do to prepare my house to sell. I followed his advice, and with his network of resources I was able to prepare my home for the market. It was beyond easy for me. Mark Rink guided me the entire way.
Mark Rink was able to negotiate with the potential buyers and realtors and pushed the best value for my home. Mark Rink used his experience and expertise and with it guided me through the negotiations and selection process. We were able selected the best buyer for my home in all aspects.
After the home inspection Mark Rink was able to get experts to repair what needed to be fixed at more than fair prices. I never felt stressed at what could have been extremely stressful situations. Mark Rink was positive and resourceful, and everything was completed quickly and professionally. I was flabbergasted with the ease Mark Rink was able to tackle dynamic situations. His attention to detail and my well being kept me at constant ease. Beyond professional, Mark Rink knows his craft and is a master at his work.

Mark is fantastic. He worked long hours to upgrade my late brothers condo and get it ready for sale. He made several suggestions for little upgrades that really added a lot to the look of the condo. even getting rid of the standard blinds you see all over and replaced them with very nice drapes at a good price.
He never leaves you hanging, you always know what's going on with your property. Marks a great choice for a realtor.

Mark is the Unicorn of real estate agents....: I found Mark through a neighbor who highly recommended him. Boy was she right. I met Mark on the phone. We discussed various things he felt needed to be done to get the house ready for market. He then immediately went right to work finding the best contractors for the job and managed each project thoroughly and thoughtfully and negotiated a great price for me. I was amazed. Once the house was ready he made a fantastic marketing package. While the house was on the market he regularly went to the house and walked through to make sure it was in order. On one occasion he even foiled a break-in.
His attunement to the real estate market is spot on.

Mark came recommended through an associate. We could not be more pleased. After discussing our goals, preparing the home and listing we had a contract inside of a week. During escrow there was a plumbing event that required a complete first floor restoration. Mark guided both sides through it, the existing contract remained intact, and it only ended up costing us about 2 weeks. We still closed in under 60 days. Cool, calm, collected, and responsive from start to finish. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Mark Rink was referred to me by my next door neighbor, whose house had recently been listed and sold by Mark. He came by and introduced himself immediately after I contacted him, and gave very helpful suggestions regarding reasonable price ranges and preparation of the property. Once the house was listed, (and it never looked better), he began sending prospective buyers beginning the very first week. He kept control over the traffic, and we were never blindsided by drop-in prospects. We always had plenty of time to prepare the house for showing and to get out of the way for prospective buyers. Mark called or dropped by several times a week to keep us apprised of feedback and suggestions.
Within a very short period of time we had a cash offer. Our counter was accepted right away with a 30-day escrow to close. The escrow went through without a hitch, largely due to Mark's diligent efforts, and the proceeds were forwarded to us promptly at close of escrow.
My wife and I couldn't be happier with our home sale experience through Mark's professional handling. It's never fun to sell a house and move away, but he made it as painless as it could be. I would highly recommend Mark Rink to anyone who is looking to sell a house in the Las Vegas area.

My in-laws read all the other impressive reviews of Mark Rink, and decided to work with him when they were looking for their home in Las Vegas. I went along with them and Mark on one of the viewings, and was utterly impressed with his knowledge the city, and the Las Vegas real estate market.
I was so impressed with his knowledge of the Las Vegas market that as soon as my in-laws closed on their home, I asked Mark to assist me with finding property in Las Vegas.
Mark is attentive to his clients needs, insightful, very passionate about his work, and making sure his clients achieve what they are searching for.

Mark Rink is the epitome of what we believe an EXCELLENT real estate agent should be. We call him our "6 Star Agent"! We are moving to Las Vegas from Maui and had no idea who to contact for an agent. Our Maui agent recommended Mark and we feel very fortunate to have him as our agent. He has outstanding listening skills, a great memory and only showed us the exact type of home and property we were looking for. He has an amazing amount of knowledge about the Las Vegas area and an incredible network of people to contact for services needed - painter, landscaper, pool guy, TV installer, security system, flooring installer, window treatment installer, A/C service, etc.) You name it - he knows somebody, they respond quickly and provide excellent service!

Mark Rink has been by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. He called us weekly during the home buying process just to check in and to see if there was anything we needed. Mark kept us up to date on all developments and discussed options and strategies for potential issues. He goes above and beyond what a realtor is expected to do. He contacted service contractors (pool, floors, lawn, etc) for estimates and met them at the property (we are currently out of state). His local knowledge is second to none.

Mark was involved in three transactions for us. One as advisor, one as selling agent and one as buyers agent. In all aspects Mark stayed on top of everything and got us amazing results.
Advisor: Due to family issues we were not able to list one home with Mark. However, he advised us every step of the way throughout the transaction, helping us in keeping everything on track. The outcome was a successful sale and happy family members.
Seller's Agent: Home was listed and sold within a week at set asking price. The price was correct for the area, and where other homes in the track had been on the market for weeks and months, ours sold immediately.
Buyer's Agent: Mark was able to secure a very good deal for us on a new home purchase. He negotiated a selling price under asking, and stayed in constant contact with the builder until building was completed and we were able to move in.

Mark was amazing and a joy to work with. He made the process extremely easy. Even tho we live out of state, the house was a rental property, and had tenants, this was by far one of the easiest transactions we have done. Mark is the best! A property was found that had just listed. No lock box or sign up yet. That was at 4pm. We saw the house at 6pm and had a signed contract by 9:30pm. This was all on a Saturday night. Monday morning paperwork started and we had a 21 day closing!
