About me

I work with all my clients to arrange home inspections, appraiser appointments, maintenance concerns, title issues. The dream of owning a home is something I enjoy helping my clients and their families realize every day.
Before starting my real estate career in 2002, I served in the U.S. Navy and then worked as an executive for the 3M corporation in New York City. I have and continue to work with many out of state sellers looking to sell their Las Vegas home or investment properties or buyers looking to relocate to the Las Vegas area. Las Vegas has a large military family. My past careers have helped me understand the professionalism required by active and retired military personnel and their families that might be in the middle of a PCS (transfer) or retiring to a new location.
I am also a USAA and Navy Federal Credit Union Preferred Realtor.
When the market had a downturn in 2008, I became a certified "Short Sale Foreclosure Resource" expert (SFR) to help homeowners with the short sale of their homes instead of being foreclosed on and good credits ruined. No matter the home's age, condition or price range, I have the knowledge and experience to get it sold. Since 2002, I`ve been selling Real Estate full time and listed and transacted thousands of homes in Las Vegas,Henderson, North Las Vegas, Pahrump, Overton, Logandale.
