Marta helped us buy our home in 2015 so we reached out to her to list our home when we decided to move. Our home had been totally remodeled inside and out. Our only real concern was that she pretty much insisted that when we listed the home, we move out of it while it was being shown. This was a major blow as we were moving out of state and very hard. She didn't want us around as she would have to work around a schedule to reclean(she says) after our dogs and each showing. Unrealistic but we did that. She said that Caldwell Banker disapproved of Open Houses and she wasn't going to do one. When she had us sign the contract agreement , it showed that her and your company were getting 9% when the going rate in the rest of the world is 6% divided. She said there was no negotiations. I was stunned as for the last 6 years we have been very good friends. Yes she sold our house in a timely manner but when it came to all of the solar details, they fell on the seller(us) to do all the leg work and the the document finds. So much for the help of the agent , I thought that is what we payed her for. .I would have to look very hard if I ever need another real estate company such as Caldwell Banker.

Marta is a true professional! She has a good feel for the current real estate market in Las Vegas and very thorough in her communication. She made the sale of our home very easy and answered all of our questions that we had. She is assisting us with the purchase of our next home and we would highly recommend her to anyone we know looking to sell or purchase a home.
